The aim of this Course 'Epigenetics:From nuclear organization to development in healthy and diseased states' organised by the Institut Curie/PSL University Training office is to provide an overview of epigenetic mechanisms and their links to gene expression and chromatin dynamics in different systems. Links between the disruption of nuclear functions and the development of human pathologies will be discussed. This year, focus will be on reprogramming aspects during development and in disease with a special emphasis on cancer.
