| Medicen/Cancéropôle IdF - AMI Theatre |
|
L’Appel à manifestation d'intérêt Theatre (Tumor Heterogeneity and Treatment Resistance) a pour objectif de faire émerger des projets de recherche visant à évaluer et caractériser le rôle de l’hétérogénéité tumorale dans la résistance aux traitements anticancéreux. L’ambition à plus long terme est d’identifier des biomarqueurs d’intérêt clinique prédictif de la résistance au traitement et/ou de favoriser le développement de nouvelles stratégies et combinaisons thérapeutiques pour les cancers non répondeurs.

|
Les Ministères de l’Europe et des affaires étrangères (MEAE) et de l’Enseignement supérieur, de la recherche et de l’innovation (MESRI), en partenariat avec Campus France, mettent en place un programme de bourses, Make Our Planet Great Again (MOPGA), pour accueillir de jeunes chercheurs étrangers souhaitant effectuer leurs recherches en France. L'une des thématiques retenues concerne la santé humaine, animale et environnementale telle que définie dans le cadre de l’approche "Une seule santé".

| Fondation de France - AAC : Prix pour la recherche médicale |
|
Cette année, la Fondation de France décernera deux prix pour récompenser des acteurs exceptionnels de la recherche médicale française dans plusieurs domaines, dont celui du cancer. Les travaux devront avoir débouché sur des résultats originaux, (recherche fondamentale, clinique ou sciences humaines et sociales) et présenter une application possible à l’homme (clinique, épidémiologique ou amélioration des pratiques).

| EC/Horizon-RIA - AAP: AI tools to predict the risk of chronic non-communicable diseases and/or their progression |
|
This topic belongs to the Horizon Europe-Research and Innovation Action programme. It will support multidisciplinary research, build on broad stakeholder engagement and support proposals developing novel robust and trustworthy AI tools to enable timely personalised prevention approaches for chronic non-communicable diseases/disorders. The topic does not exclude any diseases/disorders. Proposals are expected to develop and test AI tools for assessing and predicting the risk of developing a disease and/or the risk of disease progression once it is diagnosed, taking into account the individuals’ (or groups) genotypes, phenotypes, life-style, occupational/environmental stressors and/or socio-economic and behavioural characteristics, as necessary. Sex and gender aspects should be considered, wherever relevant.

The ERC Proof of Concept Grants (ERC-PoC) are complementary fundings to Starting, Consolidator, Advanced and Synergy grantees. They aim to maximise the value of the excellent research that the ERC funds, by funding further work (i.e. activities which were not scheduled to be funded by the original ERC frontier research grant) to verify the innovation potential of ideas arising from ERC funded projects. Proof of Concept Grants are therefore on offer only to Principal Investigators whose proposals draw substantially on their ERC funded research.

| France génomique - AAP : Grands projets de séquençage 2021 |
|
France Génomique consacrera en 2022 une partie de sa capacité de séquençage et de calcul informatique, et des expertises associées, à la réalisation de quelques grands projets ambitieux déjà partiellement financés. À cet effet, l'infrastructure lance son appel à lettres d'intention « Grands projets de séquençage et d’analyse bioinformatique » 2021. Les projets doivent porter sur le séquençage de novo de grands génomes complets, le séquençage d’un nombre élevé d’individus d’espèces dont le génome de référence est connu, et plus généralement de collections d’ADN ou de transcrits nécessitant une approche de séquençage à très grande échelle provenant d’organismes présentant un intérêt majeur sur le plan scientifique, médical ou économique. Des projets impliquant des populations d’organismes (métagénome, diversité biologique), projets de génomique environnementale et génomique des populations sont encouragés, ainsi que des projets innovants permettant d’explorer des évolutions technologiques et/ou scientifiques émergentes.

Cet appel à projets de recherche est lancé par l'Anses (Agence nationale de sécurité sanitaire de l'alimentation, de l'environnement et du travail) dans le cadre du Programme national de recherche Environnement-Santé-Travail (PNR EST) et vient en appui aux politiques publiques : il décline en particulier les priorités de recherche des plans nationaux santé environnement, santé travail et cancer. Dans le cadre de la Stratégie décennale de lutte contre les cancers, la France s’est fixé comme objectif d’améliorer significativement le taux de survie des cancers de mauvais pronostic (CMP) à horizon 2030. Afin d’encourager de nouvelles approches et le soutien à des projets pouvant aboutir à des innovations de rupture, l’Institut national du cancer lance un appel à projets de type « High Risk, High Gain » (HR-HG) consacré à ces cancers. Les localisations concernées sont les suivantes :

|
Cet appel à projets de recherche est lancé par l'Anses (Agence nationale de sécurité sanitaire de l'alimentation, de l'environnement et du travail) dans le cadre du Programme national de recherche Environnement-Santé-Travail (PNR EST). Le thème « radiofréquences et santé » fait l’objet d’une attention particulière compte tenu du besoin en connaissances et de la nécessité d’élargir la communauté scientifique qui s’intéresse à ce sujet. Les questions que cet AAP a pour objectif de documenter portent sur quatre thèmes :
- l’étude des mécanismes d’action des radiofréquences au niveau cellulaire ;
- leurs possibles effets physiologiques ou sanitaires ;
- l’hypersensibilité électromagnétique ;
- la caractérisation des usages et des expositions aux radiofréquences en situation réelle.
Dans le contexte actuel du déploiement de la 5G, les recherches portant sur les bandes de fréquences disponibles en France seront prioritaires.

|
This topic belongs to the Horizon Europe-Research and Innovation Action programme. It aims at supporting activities that are enabling or contributing to one or several expected impacts of destination 5 “Unlocking the full potential of new tools, technologies and digital solutions for a healthy society”. To that end, proposals under this topic should aim for delivering results that are directed, tailored and contributing to some of the following expected outcomes:
- Clinical researchers use effective health data integration solutions for the classification of the clinical phenotypes.
- Researchers and/or health care professionals use robust and validated data-driven computational tools to successfully stratify patients.
- Regulatory bodies approve computer-aided patient stratification strategies to enable personalised diagnosis and/or personalised therapy strategies.
- Health care professionals adopt evidence-based guidelines for stratification-based patient management superior to the standard-of-care.

The IRCI (Immune responses in cancer and infection) meeting is organized by researchers from two leading centers in Lyon, the CIRI (Centre international de recherche en infectiologie) and CRCL (Centre de recherche en cancérologie de Lyon). The first edition gathered more then 340 people from all around the world. This 2021 edition will highlight the recent discoveries in innate and adaptive immunity, immuno-metabolism; immunotherapy and (epi)genetics.

The project for the proposed post-doc position in the team "Tyrosine Kinases & Cancer" at CRBM (Centre de recherche en cancérologie de Montpellier) aims at deciphering an important mechanism of oncogenic kinase regulation by its unstructured region.
